Simple
documents editor.
A powerful editor for construction teams. From complex specifications and your own templates to smart tables and precise data export.
Scope of works: foundations
The contractor performs the full scope of foundation works, including excavation, reinforcement, and concrete works, providing all necessary materials, equipment, and personnel. Works follow current design codes for concrete and reinforced concrete structures as well as the client's internal standards.
Before installing load-bearing structures on the foundation, the concrete must reach the specified design strength, and in any case not less than seven days of curing under standard conditions.
I noticed a reference to concrete design codes and Eurocode 2. Add a standard safety and quality checklist for concrete works?

Tables with memory.
In typical editors a table is just a text grid. In BauAI every table is a separate data object. Reuse a “Material costs” table across dozens of project documents without copy-paste.
- Save tables to a personal library
- AI-powered row calculation and auto-fill
- Refactor mode: “Convert list to table”
Estimates, tables, and schedules explained in one place.
We added a separate page that shows how cost estimates, working tables, and work schedules behave inside the editor. It helps explain not only the interface, but also how totals are calculated, how tables are reused, and how project phases turn into a timeline.
Open module walkthroughEstimates

Tables

Schedule
