From estimate to signed certificate

A site manager’s entry becomes a confirmed quantity, and the quantity becomes a line in the progress certificate. No Excel recounts or retyping, and everyone on the team sees their step.

One source of quantities

A quantity is recorded once and then moves along the chain by itself. The site manager, site supervision, engineering office and client see the same numbers.

Everyone sees their step

The project overview always shows the chain: which step the work is at, what comes next and who does it. If the step is yours, it is highlighted.

Documents from data

A certificate remembers what it was built from: a log entry, a reporting period, a notice. When parties or quantities change, one button updates the document from the data — no retyping.

A site manager’s entry becomes a line in the certificate.

The site manager writes what was done today the usual way: “poured 24 m³ of slab S-1”. The quantity is linked to the estimate item right away.

Five steps — one chain.

Estimate → log → quantity check → progress → certificates. Each step feeds the next, and each has an owner.

Quantity check

Logged ≠ done. Site supervision confirms a quantity or rejects it with a reason — only confirmed quantities go into certificates.

SISite supervision
  • The system records who confirmed and when
  • Editing a quantity removes its confirmation
  • Pulse reminds you how many quantities are waiting

Everyone owns their step.

While the team is small, roles aren’t needed — everyone can do everything. Assign roles and the system makes sure site supervision confirms quantities and the manager approves estimates. If an action isn’t yours, you see who does it.

A violation — with a photo, a standard and a deadline.

Describe the violation as it is — Jev determines the type and severity and finds the standard. The contractor marks it fixed with an “after” photo; site supervision accepts or returns it.

As-built documentation builds up as you go.

A hidden-works entry becomes a certificate with materials and party representatives. Incoming inspection, the general log and the as-built register with signing status keep themselves up to date — nothing to reassemble at handover.

Every site on one screen.

What is urgent, which quantities await confirmation, what to sign today and where a reporting period has ended.
