1. Registration and Account Usage

  • Insults and threats
  • Sale of prohibited goods
  • Bypassing the payment system

4. Payments and Commissions

4.1Commissions

  • Tender participation fee: 3% of the order amount
  • Goods sale commission: 2% of the item value
  • Project posting fee: fixed rate
  • Payment transaction fees according to tariffs

4.2Settlement Procedure

  • All payments are processed through secure systems
  • Funds are released after work completion
  • Possibility of funds withholding during disputes
  • Automatic commission calculation

5. Liability and Limitations

5.1 Platform Liability

Bau4You ensures the technical functioning of the platform and data security but is not responsible for:

  • • Quality of user goods and services
  • • Fulfillment of obligations between users
  • • Losses from third-party actions
  • • Technical failures beyond platform control

5.2 User Liability

Users bear full responsibility for their actions on the platform, including compliance with laws and fulfillment of accepted obligations.

6. Changes to Terms

Bau4You reserves the right to modify these terms of use. Users will be notified of significant changes at least 30 days in advance.
